Article Abstract
Acute OH occurs frequently when starting dopamine agonist therapy in Parkinson's disease, but is frequently not appreciated by patients. Knowledge of acute blood pressure responses may be useful when making decisions regarding agonist titra tion schedules in clinical practice.
